Crackle from Plasti-kote is a two-part system of a base coat and a top coat that uses two incompatible paints to give objects an antique look. The depth and width of crackle can be influenced by building up several layers of the base-coat. It is fast drying and ideal for various decorative projects. Suitable for glass, papier mache, stone, terracotta, wood and wicker. Drying time: Base Coat: Allow 2-5 minutes between base coat applications.Top Coat: Apply while base coat is still tacky.Touch dry in 10-20 minutes, thoroughly dry in 30-50 minutes, depending on number of coats. Coverage: Approximately 2.23 m² (Coverage varies by colour and application). For a light crackle effect - apply 2 light coats of base coat and then apply one even layer of top-coat.For a medium crackle effect - apply 2 heay base coats and while still tacky, spray 2 to 3 even layers of top-coat.For a large crackle effect - apply 2 heavy base coats and while still tacky, spray 3 to 4 even layers of top-coat.
We aim to supply all products marked “in Stock” over £25 on a one to two working day basis provided the order is placed by 3.00pm. Free Two Day Delivery on orders over £75.00 excluding VAT to UK Mainland. Under £75.00, a carriage charge of £3.95 to £6.95 will be charged dependent on weight.
No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays.

Christmas deliveries orders placed on the 22nd should be delivered on or before the 24th but can not be guarenteed. orders placed on or after the 24th will be delivered on or after the 30th December. Orders placed the 30th will be delivered on or after the 4th January.
Deliveries will be made by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
