Thompson's 10 Year Roof Seal is a high-performance coating which cures to form a durable, flexible membrane suitable for resealing, and protecting whole roofs or repairing large areas of damage to a variety of roofing materials. The 10 year formulation is designed to flex with the natural movement of the roof protecting the membrane from cracking and splitting over time. UV light stable iron oxide pigments provide a protective shield against harmful UV radiation ensuring 10 year weatherproofing performance under extreme conditions. For best results the advanced formula should be applied directly to dry surfaces, the 10 year formulation forms a vapour permeable membrane which repairs and weatherproofs while allowing any trapped moisture in the substrate to escape. This product is supplied in a tin with resealable lid and the following specifications:
Colour: Black.
Available Sizes: 1L, 2.5L or 4L.

We aim to supply all products marked “in Stock” over £25 on a one to two working day basis provided the order is placed by 3.00pm. Free Two Day Delivery on orders over £75.00 excluding VAT to UK Mainland. Under £75.00, a carriage charge of £3.95 to £6.95 will be charged dependent on weight.

No deliveries will be made on Bank Holidays.

Please note all orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday

Christmas deliveries orders placed on the 22nd should be delivered on or before the 24th but can not be guarenteed. orders placed on or after the 24th will be delivered on or after the 30th December. Orders placed the 30th will be delivered on or after the 4th January.

Deliveries will be made by either Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
