Warranty: 1 Year

Manufactured with a pressed steel outer casing, these units are lighter than traditional models, with weights of up to only 22kg. Inverter welders offer many advantages over traditional transformer type welders, giving greater duty cycles and more power factor efficiency. The 160A unit is a 2-in-1 welder combining MIG and MMA (Arc) welding, where the 200A unit is a 4-in-1 welder uses state-of-the-art technology to achieve MIG/TIG/MMA (Arc) and a 1 to 8sec spot welding function. Automatic Arc-Force circuitry makes them suitable for arc welding a variety of rods including rutile, basic and stainless from dia.1.6mm to dia.4mm. Fan cooled DC power supply for MIG and TIG (where applicable), suitable to weld steel, stainless steel, copper, nickel, titanium and their alloys. Rotary switch to allow operator to switch between MIG, TIG or MMA (Arc) welding modes. Thermal overload protection which automatically switches off when it exceeds maximum temperature. Fully functional front panel with self explanatory pictures for each dial and switch, making this easier and accessible to use. Easy-to-read LED display for voltage and/or current depending on welding mode selected. Wire feed control for adjusting speed of wire fed through the torch during welding. Burn back time control allows the operator to manually choose desired length of electrode wire which protrudes from torch after welding. Polarity change terminals allow for MIG welding or flux-cored welding. Includes 3mtr MIG torch, 2.5mtr earth cable, gas hose, regulator and 0.6/0.8 contact tips.
